Our contract with you
These terms and conditions (terms) apply to the order by you and supply of goods by us to you (contract). No other terms are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing. The Contract is the entire agreement between us in relation to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise or representation or assurance or warranty that is not set out in the Contract.

Placing an order and its acceptance
The order is an offer by you to buy the goods specified in the order (goods) subject to these terms. Please check the order carefully before confirming it. You are responsible for ensuring that your order is complete and accurate. An email will be sent to you after you place your order. This email is an acknowledgement of your order details and is not a confirmation of your order. A contract between you and Pampas Limited is confirmed once you receive an email with your tracking information. Under the following circumstances we reserve the right not to accept your order: if the item is out of stock, or does not pass our quality checking stage, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment. Please note that all orders are subject to availability. In the event the items you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or have pricing, detail or description errors, we will contact you at the email address you provided. If you have already paid for the goods, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged.

The goods
The images of the goods on our site are for illustrative purposes only. We take great care to ensure that our website accurately represents the goods but cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour, as this can be influenced by your personal monitor. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site have a degree of tolerance.

Cancelling and returning goods if you change your mind
You can simply return the goods you ordered by letting us know within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Delivery and Returns policy shown separately on the website.

Price of goods
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are in pounds sterling. When you place an order with us, you are offering to buy the item at the price that has been stated, subject to these terms.

Payment methods
We accept – Visa debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Passing of property and risk
Legal ownership of the items will be retained by us until you have made payment in full. In the case of the payment being refunded to you by ourselves, legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert back to us. Risk on the items will immediately pass to you on delivery to your address.

Use of our site is governed by our cookie and privacy policy which is incorporated into these terms and conditions.
